The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page one, section one, line five, after the word “authorized”, by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof the words, “with the following amendment:

On page four, after subdivision “4.5.g.” by inserting the subdivision number designated “4.5.h.” before the words “No fee for Amateurs.”;

On page four, in the paragraph beginning with the words “No fee for Amateurs” after the words “amateur contestant or a” by striking out the word “managers” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “manager” followed by a period;

On pages eight and nine, for each reference to the section numbers in the new section designated “11a.” beginning with the underlined section heading that reads “11a. Testing for Older Fighters”, by renumbering each reference to the section “11a.” to be designated to read section “12.”, and by renumbering the remaining sections of the rule accordingly;

On page nine, at the end of the section labeled “11a. Testing for Older Fighters” by adding a new subsection designated “11a.5” to be designated to read “12.5 The applicant, or by contract, the promoter, shall pay for any medical testing required in this section: Provided, That the applicant is responsible to be tested timely pursuant to the applicable rules and regulations of the Commission.”;

 On page eleven, in subsection 25.1, after the words “A manager” by striking out the words “shall neither” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “may not”; 

On page thirteen, in subsection 30.2, after the words “compliance with this” by striking out the word “provision” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “section”;

On page twenty-one, for each reference to the section number in the new section designated “45a.” beginning with the underlined section heading labeled “45a. Kickboxing Rules”, by renumbering each reference to the section designated “45a.” to be designated to read section “46.”, and by renumbering the remaining sections of the rule accordingly;

On page twenty-one, in paragraph 45a.2.a.2, after each of the three uses of the word “footpads” by adding the words “or shin guard instep pad”;

On page twenty two, in paragraph 45a.2.c.5., after the sentence ending with the words “two (2) minutes duration.” prior to the sentence beginning with the words “An amateur contestant’s”  by inserting a new paragraph reference, to be designated to read “45a.2.c.6”; and

On page twenty three, in paragraph 45a.3.c.3,  prior to the sentence beginning with the words “An amateur contestant’s”  by inserting a new paragraph reference, to be designated to read “45a.3.c.4.”.”
